Her areas of expertise include high efficiency MEP system design and assessments, decarbonization strategies, whole building life cycle assessments, and greenhouse gas emission reductions in the built environment.
Simone Fraid, LEED-GA, and TRUE Advisor joins us from San Diego, California and will be heading up our Climate Service and Waste Management Service areas. Simone brings over 10 years worth of project management experience in commercial real estate and ESG reporting. She is focused on implementing zero waste strategies and building a circular economy.
Rachael Johnson, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, and LFA joins us from Raleigh, North Carolina and is a highly accomplished Sustainability Consultant who excels in managing projects to achieve green and healthy building performance standards. With a strong foundation in sustainable design, LEED, and WELL certifications, she leads diverse project teams from early design through construction, ensuring that performance goals are met to enhance building efficiency, promote human health, and optimize costs.
